This half term's core value: Hope

Theme for this week (23-27 February): 'Jesus the hope of the world'

As we start another half term we turn our attention to the Value of 'Hope'. The strength that this value gives us is very much in my mind as I write this message on Sunday as I think of the three Year 10 girls from Bethnal Green Academy who are believed to be heading to Syria.

Our latest newsletter was published last week and all parents and carers should have received a copy via email. If not then please email the office or download from at the right of this page.

The Diocese of Norwich have organised a competition for Church Schools to create a short video to show what is distinctive about their school. I am very pleased with the work that Mrs Johnson and Mrs Adams have done in creating the excellent entry from ASHS:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMufM_wrYbM. I hope you enjoy it too!

•           Monday - Peacejam at 1.15pm, Canoeing Club at 3.30pm

•           Tuesday - Homework Club at 3.30pm in the library

•           Wednesday - Rugby Club at 3.30pm and U13 Netball tournament at Wayland
